AEFSIA 付款與退款政策

國際珠算教育研究與獎學金(Abacus Educational Forum & Scholarships Int’l Association,下稱「AEFSIA」、「我們」)致力於保持學費政策的公平、透明與易於理解。請在報名參加我們的課程前,仔細閱讀本《付款與退款》政策。

Abacus Educational Forum & Scholarships Int’l Association (“AEFSIA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) aims to keep our tuition policies fair, transparent, and easy to understand. Please read this Payment & Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in our programs.

I. 可接受的付款方式 Accepted Payment Methods

我們不在網站上處理任何付款,所有款項均需透過以下離線方式支付:

  • 現金

  • 支票(抬頭:Dottlight, Inc.)

  • Zelle & Apple Cash

我們接受主要的信用卡與簽帳卡付款,包括 Visa、Mastercard、American Express 及 Discover。所有交易將透過 PayPal 安全處理,並需額外收取 3.5% 的手續費。目前不接受 Apple Pay 與 Google Pay。

We do not process payments on our website. All payments are accepted offline through the following methods:

  • Cash

  • Check (payable to Dottlight, Inc.)

  • Zelle & Apple Cash

We also accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, subject to an additional 3.5% processing fee, with all transactions processed securely via PayPal. We currently do not accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

II. 學費繳納時間表 Tuition Payment Schedule

學費必須於每季度的第一堂課當日或之前全額繳清。我們不提供分期付款、部分付款或其他分批繳費選項。

Tuition must be paid in full on or before the first day of each quarter. We do not offer payment plans, partial payments, or installment options.

III. 逾期付款 Late Payments

對於未繳學費的學生,我們最多會提供三次提醒(口頭或書面),每上一次課會發出一次提醒。若至第四堂課時仍未繳清,該學生將被暫停上課,直至全額繳清為止。

We provide up to three reminders, either verbal or written, for unpaid tuition—one reminder per class attended. If payment is not received by the fourth class, the student will be suspended from attending further classes until the full balance is paid.

我們不收取逾期費用,但:

  • 若學生在第四堂課或之後退學,仍須支付已上課堂的費用。

  • 此時,每堂課將按 $59 美元計費,而非原本的 $30 美元。

  • 若退學後仍未付款,AEFSIA 可能採取追討行動。

As courtesy, we do not charge late fees. However:

  • If a student withdraws on or after the fourth class, they remain responsible for payment for the classes attended.

  • In this case, each attended class will be charged at $59 per session instead of the regular $30 per session.

  • If payment is not made after withdrawal, AEFSIA may proceed with collection.

IV. 退款政策 Refund Policy

所有學費在一般情況下均不予退還或轉讓。如遇獲批的緊急情況且在季度開始前提出,將視情況例外處理。

All tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for approved emergencies before the quarter begins.

退款規定:

  • 若學生因獲批原因在季度開始前退學,可退還全額學費,但不包含註冊與教材費。

  • 若學生在季度中途退學,學費不予退還。在獲批的緊急情況下,可能會提供未來季度的學費抵用額。

  • 若學生無正當理由中止上課,學費不予退還或抵用。

Refund guidelines:

  • If a student withdraws before the quarter begins for an approved reason, a full refund may be issued, excluding the registration and materials fee.

  • If a student withdraws during the quarter, no refund will be issued. In approved emergency cases, a credit toward a future quarter may be offered.

  • If a student stops attending without cause, no refund or credit will be granted.

V. 缺課與補課 Missed Classes & Make-Ups

  • 缺課不符合退款條件

  • 學生必須在 28 天內完成補課

    1. 若缺席一堂 80 分鐘的課,則可在兩堂未來課程中各增加 40 分鐘以補足。

    2. 或者,你可以選擇在不同的上課時間來上一整節 80 分鐘的課。

    3. 例如:你平時是週五上課,可以選擇兩次週五課程各多上 40 分鐘,或選擇週三來上一堂完整的 80 分鐘課程。

  • 缺課不可延至下一季度

    1. 每季度包含固定堂數,未使用的課程時數不會累積。

    2. 例如:若第一季度共有 12 堂課,你僅出席了 4 堂課,剩餘的 8 堂課未到且未於 28 天內補課,則在學季結束後,這 8 堂課不得延至第二季度使用。

    3. 第二季度開始時,依然為正常的 12 堂課。

  • Missed classes do not qualify for a refund

  • Students must make up any missed time within 28 days

    1. For example, if you miss an 80-minute class, you may attend two future classes with an additional 40 minutes each.

    2. Alternatively, you may attend a full 80-minute class at a different scheduled time.

    3. For instance, if your regular class is on Fridays, you can either add 40 minutes to two upcoming Friday classes, or attend a full 80-minute class on a Wednesday.

  • Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next quarter

    1. Each quarter consists of a fixed number of classes, and unused class hours will not roll over.

    2. For example, if the first quarter has 12 classes and you only attend 4, leaving 8 classes unattended and without making them up within 28 days, those 8 missed classes cannot be used in the second quarter.

    3. When the second quarter begins, it will still consist of the standard 12 classes.

VI. 不可退還的費用 Non-Refundable Fees

註冊與教材費在任何情況下均不予退還。

所有檢定考試費用(依金額不同)一經繳交亦不予退還。

The registration and materials fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. 

All certification exam fees (amount varies) are also non-refundable once paid.

VII. 本政策的修改 Changes to This Policy

我們可隨時更新或修改本《付款與退款》政策,恕不另行通知。任何變更將公佈於本頁,並更新生效日期。我們鼓勵您定期查閱本政策,以保持最新資訊。

We may update or modify this Payment & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
